JPN Revival of Lugia Mini-Binder

What is a Japanese Revival of Lugia Mini-binder worth? I just bought one; it's out of the package, but apparently mint. Here are some pictures:

It would seem that quite a few people have it. I'll say 20 with 35 being the highest and that being Monster binders.

Was it sealed or out of the package?

Sealed but even out of package it should go no lower then $40 to $50 if it is in near mint condition.
