I understand that their was such a Seminar at US Nats this year and that their were even some slots not used by nats tournament staff, so their was an opportunity for less experienced judges to improve their skills. I was wondering if such an event might be occuring at Worlds and whether their is a chance for non-staff to participate. I know I'd love a chance to improve my skills.
