1.

Can the duskull from secret wonders with the reaper cloth Evolve into dusclops on the first turn?

2.

does the pupitar from Stormfront's energy protection work to protect against Raichu Lv.X's voltage shoot Attack? It just says this attack does 80 to one of your opponent's pokemon, it doesn't specify whether it does damage or places damage counters.

3.

Can bebe's Search search Lv.X.?

4.

Can Azelf LA Get lv.x from the prizes?

2. damage is always in increments of 10. So "80" would indicate damage. No attack places 80 damage counters (800 damage!)
