Deck out (Flytrap is the best example)
Benching (no more pokemon in play) (Machamp/Kingdra/Gengar/Sableye just to name a few)
Drawing six prizes (every deck)

I didn't know mill was feasible lol. Forgot about benching, but thats really feasible either, no decks really focus on it.
