what would the best charizard line be if i wanted to play it. i would like to play the base set one but what is your opinion?

Well both lines are pretty bad. The Secret Wonders line is the way to go if you want to play it though.

Both SF/Base Set and SW Charizard OHKO Dialga G!!!!!
Seriously, if you wanted to make a fun deck (and who wouldn't cos Base Set Charizard is still cool?) you could play it with Weavile SW for Energy acceleration, free retreat with Moonlight Stadium, and OHKOs on Dusknoir. Maybe throw in a Heatran LV X as well to recover the Energy.
