Here's a bit of help for ya. I'll try and fix the list up a bit.

The biggest change I think you need, is better draw power for the deck, so I'm gonna try and fix the trainers a bit, the pokemon line looks decent enough I guess.

Trainers:

Take out 1 Rare Candy (2 will be okay, you've got then 5 ways to evolve into the 3 Kabutops, pretty good.) Drop the 4 Potion and 1 Mysterious Fossil and 1 Prof. Elm's Training Method and 1 Copycat. You've got 8 free slots, add in 4 Professor Oak's Research, 1 Crystal Shard (this will be pretty useful against Dragons and Sceptile... Make Kabutops EX colorless and get a huge hit off on Sceptile.) 2 Desert Shaman (draw for you late game, disruption early game for opponent) and 1 Fisherman.

I think it'll be a bit better like this, at least more smooth for drawing. Good luck with it. :)

Pokemon: (18)
3 Buried Fossil
3 Kabuto
3 Kabutops EX
3 Onix (SS)
2 Steelix (1 SS, 1 AQ)
2 Skitty
2 Delcatty (R/S)

Trainers: (25)

4 Professor Oak's Research
3 Copycat
3 Mysterious Fossil
3 Oracle
3 Switch
2 Rare Candy
2 Elms Training Method
2 Desert Shaman
1 Towns Volunteers
1 Crystal Shard
1 Fisherman

Energy: 17
4 Metal
2 Rainbow
11 Fighting

I tested the deck out, it seems to be at a stable level. But I'm thinking of taking out 1 Copycat in order to put in 1 more Oak's Research.

Watch for Muk ex! He will stop all Poke-Powers and Bodies from working, so Xatu's useless. Also, Kabutops ex is weak to [G]!! I highly suggest at least 1 Hariyama to Mega Throw, doing 40 damage, and if you super slap pushed last turn, it could KO a Muk ex.

Actually on second thought, I'll take out a TV Reporter and throw in a Oak's Research besides a Copycat.

I see what ya mean DaHolyCow, Muk EX will most definitely be a problem. I'll try to put a Hariyama in to help the deck out.

After playtesting the deck at Sensei's VA tournament (Had a great time). I learned that even though Xatu is used for healing and such, its a wide open risky target. Sometimes, Kabutops is going to get delayed when it trys to come out.

I tested in many battles, some were Tops EX coming out unloading damage and knocking out, but in one battle I had Buried Fossil getting knocked out on the second turn that cost me the battle. Some were Xatu being defenseless and couldn't do pretty much anything.

I also noticed a major weakness to the deck, and thats Wobbuffet. Kabuto or Zangoose could work against it, but its second attack is quite deadly if Wob has the advantage.

I haven't tried out a Kabulix deck yet cause I don't have the cards to do it. But now that I do, I'm going to try to see if Steelix is better. IMO, Steelix might be a little better. Steelix acts as a strong shield of which it can buy enough time to get Kabutops EX out ASAP. I mean starting out with Onix instead of a Natu or Buried Fossil is quite better. I may be wrong, but I'll try to see what can be worked out.
