the only thing that bother me a lot is when the yellow on the stoplight has been up there for a while yet they keep accelerating to 'barely' make it, argh, i hate havig to wait on my green light because of some idiot.
also when people think they are 'smart' and use a different lane that is faster and then try to get back in the lane he wanted but now he is stopping the people who were using the other lane for were it was taking them.

Chicago drivers aren't all that bad. Taxi drivers are terrible, but outside of that, I haven't really seen any particularly bad drivers in the area. A couple of people drive a little too slow (say, 45 on the Kennedy), and others a little too fast (I've seen 95 on the I-355).
Mexico, however, has the worst drivers in the universe. I got into a taxi once, and the guy did not stop from the time he picked me up until the time we hit our destination. He was doing 40K over the speed limit, and ran every single red he possibly could. I didn't even look for stop signs, but I'm certain he ran a couple of those too.
Oh, and homeofmew, people *SHOULD* be driving under the speed limit. It's just that lunatics (say, 95% of the driving population) view the "speed limit" as a "speed minimum".

This old man backed into me friday in walfarts parking lot.. Gets out and says He is sorry. I have two witnesses for this. He says it was his fault and that All State will take care of it. He gives me his insurance card. When I go inside to call He takes off. Today he says that He wants to dispute the claim. He will not answer the phone or nothing for me or the Insurance company. He was so nice at the time and I had his information so I did not call the police. Now I wish I had filed a report for hit and run. Its Monday now. Is it to late. I really want to go over and settle this like Arron Burr style or something like it.

Today I had this experience:
So it's a two lane street, I merge into the second one (right) because I'm going to do a right turn up ahead. The guy in front of me, he puts on his blinker and brakes a little. Okay I think, he's going to turn right. He passes the turn and continues going forward. Uh...okay so he's going to turn at the next one, nope....

He finally makes his turn, like after passing three available turning spots.
"People who put their blinker on, but never make the turn".
But, I guess it's better than:
"People who put their blinker on, last minute."

When your trying to cross the street and people speed up to beat you and when they approach slow down so you can't cross so other cars come.
