I was thinking about the lack of spreading in the new format and started exploring the different options given in this metagame. To start off I would like to tell you, this is just a plain out spread and hit deck that I came up with and all help is greatly appreciated.

Kingdra Prime The purpose of these are to swarm with them to Spread and take control of your opponents pokemon and make it possible to get a prize card every turn with Kingdra or donphan. Kingdra is also good for Donphan matchups allowing for one hit kills if you have an early Ampharos or two Kingdra out.
Ampharos Ampharos is good to spread damage and is great to make your opponent think twice before they attach energy. Ampharoses attack is not half bad either and is great for taking down Emboar decks with its ability.
Donphan Donphan is good in here because it is easy to get out and is a good shield while I set up my Amphy and Kingdra as wellas good against Zekrom donk.
Matchups
Vs. Zekrom Donk 35-65 This matchup just depends on how consistant there deck is. If they are good at getting Zekroms out t1 its almost auto loss but if they are t2 and you can get a Donphan out, it is smooth sailing because you can one hit them with a Kingdra on the bench and Ampharos. Then it is just improvising when Donphans out.
Vs. Donphan/Yanmega 75-25 Very nice matchup because you can start out matching there speed and then start one hitting them with your Kingdras and knocking their yanmegas out if they have them with Ampharos or two hitting with Kingdra.
Vs. Reshiboar 70-30 Another good matchup because you can match there speed and get out a nice Amphy to do some nice spreading and hit with Donphan first then hit with Amphy to knock them out quickly or slow them down.
Vs. LostGar 60-40 You can win this one by knocking out their Gengars two shot and quickly getting their mew out t2 before they can get you and using their settup to your advantage.
