Intro: I've always been a big fan of Kingdra Prime. Before the rotation, I played KinGar, a deck which I admitedly miss playing. However, with all the decks with fire pokemon out and about, my plans to run straight Kingdra Prime died. I began to look for a new partner for Kingdra and I've found several. However, what I loved about KinGar was its low energy cost and quick set up. I believe I found that in Donphan Prime. Not only do Kingdra and Donphan cover each other (Donphan is resistance to Electric and Kingdra can deal with other water types) but they're both notorious for being fast.

Pokemon: 18

3-2-3 Kingdra Prime
3-3 Donphan Prime
2-2 Zoroark

T/S: 27

4 Plus Power
4 Rare Candy
4 Pkmn Communication
3 Switches
2 Junk Arm
2 Energy Exchange
3 Pkmn Collector
2 PONT
2 Interviewer's ??s
1 FSL

Energy: 15

5 Water
5 Fighting
3 Rescue
2 DCE

Strategy: Set up Donphan and Kingdra asap. It depends on what you're facing if you're main attacker is going to be. Zoroark as an extra precaution against Reshiram.

Extra: I'm thinking about taking Zoroark out but I don't know what to replace him with pokemon wise. I don't have room to run dark energies from what I see so I can't use him to set up. This is a really rough draft of the idea. I don't have all the cards (yet) so this is untested.

I would really appreciate input :).

i see several problems here:
not enough hand refresh/draw power cards
no starter
slow setup

i dont think you need 4 candy for 3 kingdra's tbh. max 3 since there is only 3 stage 2 evolutions and you are running 2 seadra.
if you dont wish to use baby pokemon e.g. cleffa and tyrogue perhaps try manaphy or smeargle?
looking at your input about energies perhaps try rainbow energy x4 this will give you coverage of all your types and allow zoroark to use its first attack (sorry forgot its name) though i think 15 energy is slightly to much for a deck that needs only 1 energy to attack majority of the time

i dont think you need interviwers. also unsure on the flower shop lady but due to not being an expert i wont edit it

this is what i would do (feel free to disagree)

-1 rare candy
-2 interviwers
-3 rescue energy
-2 water energy
-2 fighting energy
-2 energy exchange (always found this very slow for decks outside zekrom)

+1 junk arm
+3 pokemon reversal/catcher upon release
+2 pont (consistancy)
+4 rainbow energy
+1 cleffa/manaphy/smeargle
+1 tyrogue (for donks/babys) -again if u decide to use baby's

alternatively you could replace zoroark with yanmega prime? and change the deck to kingdra/donphan/yanmega
