Kingdra - King!! :water:

So here’s my Deck List for a Kingdra deck – Please rate! –

POKEMON:
4 Horsea
2 Seadra
4 Kingdra
1 Burmy Sandy Cloak (MD)
1 Mothim (MD) (To stop resistance against grass decks)
2 Palkia
1 Palkia Lv X
2 Azelf
2 Baltoy
2 Claydol

TRINERS/SUPPORTERS/STADIUMS:
4 Roseannes
4 Bebe’s
4 Rare Candy
3 Felicitys (Dump the energies for Kingdra)
4 Switch (After Palkia Lv X’s Restructure Poke Power to get out desired Pokémon from bench)
1 Evoluter
1 Devoluter
1 Premier Ball
1 Luxury Ball
2 Night Maintenance

ENERGIES:
12 Waters
2 Multi

I have tested this deck, and it hasn’t lost a game yet, but I still think it could be improved, so any comments and improvements are welcome. Thanks!

i would take out the mothim and palkia stuff and put in a 2-2 lumeneon SF line and put in more waters.
take out the multies and put in 2 fighting.

Mothim is only worth it if you play against a lot of Leafeon decks, so that's your call.

There are better decks for Palkia as it is useless here unless you are holding a Switch.

Mothim + Palkia + Claydol+Azelf on your bench makes tech Dusknoir very happy, and you sad cos you can't swarm Kingdras.

-2-1 Palkia
-1 Azelf
+1 Azelf LV X
+ 3 PlusPower (helps Kingdra donk or 2HKO 130 HP Pokemon)

um i say- palkia and 1multi +plus bronzong sf because you can always have the water energy in hand to discard making aquastream more hard hitting

-2 Palkia
-1 Palkia Lv. X
-1 Azelf
-4 Switch

+3 Unown G
+2 Warp Point
+3 Dawn Stadium

You seriously need counter stadiums and Unown G in this format. Counter stadiums are neccessary for Dusknoir and various other decks. I have playtested Kingdra a lot, and found that Unown G could have saved the game in almost all of them. It stops counter placing, which is quite prevalent in this format, and other little annoyances.

Palkia takes up too much time and space (pun) and will just mess up your strategy.

You may want to decide also on Mothim or Muk as a tech. Muk would make a good tech as well, since it poisons your opponent's Pokemon if it has a Grass Energy attached. I would personally go with Mothim or both as well.

no bucks or pluspower? what if on the off chance they use armaldo and they switch after you use mothim? also only 1 palkia is needed and only 1 azelf is needed.

Heres the current list I am playing now:

4 Horsea
2 Seadra
4 Kindra
3 Uxue
1 Uxie Lv X
2 Unown G
1 Ralts
1 Gardevoir

4 PokeDrawer
Etc...

It works good. I would use four PokeBlower before using Palkia and four switches.
