Pretty good standard Kingdra.

You don't need 2 Regice though. Horrible start and Felicity and Dragon Pump will discard more than enough.

i would put in kyogre cause for drizzle with no energy search your deck for 2 water energy and pachirisu is good with call for family as well i would put 2 of those in
 
I'd probably just go Water/Psychic with this deck and run Bronzong SF to fetch energies for Kingdra and KO Basics with Starmie LA with Core Flash. It can even bring down Rampardos decks by KOing Skull Fossils since it only has 50 HP.

regice is not worth been in the deck
 
Kingdra needs Mesprit and scoop up to keep it competitve. Regice is alright as you can get rid of G cards easily to the bench butoverall isn't worth it. Try one TSD as well.
