Strategy: Get out Kingdra with Broken Time-Space and keep using Dragon Pump by discarding waters and doing 20 to the bench. When you run out of waters, use Aqua Stream to get the energies back to do 40 for no energy. Then get out the Claydols and Uxies using Bebes Search to get better drawing power. Then get you Kingdra prime out so you can use Spray Splash to drop 1 damage each turn. If a Kingdra get Knocked out then you can use Pokemon Rescue.

Basically improves deck consistency.

You need a Luxray counter- I would recommend Relicanth SV or Promocroak. Donphan Prime is also good, but if you are going to run Donphan Prime, I strongly recommend Warp Points. Leaving a Donphan stuck active is not good with its Retreat Cost of 4.
