Are you sure floatzel can be resurrected enough with only one aaron's? If floatzel gets KOd, it is unlikely that I will have the aaron's at the same time. Is it a good idea to take out a seeker and add an aaron's? seeker is not really that important to the strategy, it seems, and aaron's also lets you get back energy.

I just realized that when I said there was room for 24 cards, I was including 15 water energy. There is room for 2-5 cards more now.

would bubble coat work as a protector against luxray? Kingdra can take one down in two hits.

It might also be a good idea to put some junk arms in this deck to get back rare candy after I use seeker.
