Kingdra or Gliscor + Unknow G

Kingdra attacks a pokemon with an Unknown G attached. Would their be an effect if they attacked with the first attack? The second?

If Gliscor uses burning poison, no affect?

Kingdra's attacks only do damage to the defending Pokemon.
All other effects on on the Kingdra player's side of the board and are not "done to" any Pokemon at all.

Gliscor places Special Conditions. Those are effects and their placement would be blocked.
Gliscor could still be returned to the player's hand, though.
