energy:7

1-fighting energy
5-water energy
I Hope this helps to get your pokemon out alot faster and to cancel the powers which I believe is more critical then a couple of flashbits I did add in alot more HGSS cards I perfer a 3 roseannes and 1 Pokemon Collector because this deck doesnt take alot of engery so getting 3 basics can help alot more I did put in a Machoke just in case that way you can use the 3 broken time space to there full effect and not have to waste a rarecandy I put in 1 pokemon Communication because late game I bet there will be a pokemon in your hand that is not needed so send it back for one that is I do not believe to many should be played because you do need another pokemon in your hand and dont always have one I dropped 2 bebes search and added 2 Professor elms training method beacuse there are alot of evolutions in this deck that can be searched for and I have found not having to send a card back to get one helps alot in certain parts of the game well I do hope this has helped any

I played Kingdra at CC as well, with 2 - 3rd's and 1 - 2nd so I know how you feel.

Ok, just a couple of ideas...try them out.

Poke 22
4-3-4 Kingdra
1-1 Donphan HGSS
1-1 Blissey
3-3 Claydol
2 Uxie

SST 29
4x Rosy
4x Bebes
4x SSU
4x Candy
3x BTS
3x Expert Belt
2x Pokemon Communicator
2x Warp
2x Luxury Ball
1x NM

NRG 9
2x Fighting (or 1 F and 1 Multi)
7x Water

Another idea and it is based off my Kingdra build, but not exact (I got 2nd place and lost due to bad flips on SSU...which is why I wish there was a Poke Turn for Stage 2 Decks!!!!!!!)

Poke 22
4-3-4 Kingdra
1-0-1 Dusknoir
1-1 Blissey Prime (I had Queen in there before)
3-3 Claydol
2 Uxie

SST 29
4x Rosy
4x Bebes
4x SSU
4x Pokemon Reversal
4x Candy
3x BTS
3x Expert Belt
1x Warp
1x NM
1x Luxury Ball

NRG 9
2x Cyclone
7x Water

The 3-3 Claydol really helps with putting cards in your hand to discard and pulling into your belts. I usually had 2 Claydol on the bench and either Queen or Noir depending on the game, with another Kingdra ready to go...good luck.

Here's how I would do it.
Pokemon 21
4 kingdra
3 seadra
4 horsea
1 machamp
1 machoke
1 machop
3 claydol
3 baltoy
1 uxie

Trainers etc. 29
4 rare candy
4 bebe's
4 roseanne's
1 night maintenance
2 luxury ball
3 expert belt
4 super scoop up
3 broken time space
2 warp point
2 pokemon communication

Energy 10
8 water
2 fighting

There was a Kindra Blissey Prime deck at Idaho States that got second it did really well but lost to a LuxChomp deck in the top cut

Random off the wall idea.

Try a 1-1-1 Metagross SV teched in for the surprise factor? Bench damage, bench damage, crobat... I drop Metagross SV. Your claydols with 6 damage on them? Dead. No one will see it coming. ;) I'm not saying it will guaranteed work, but it could be worth a shot, especially with the Kingdra sniping the bench and swinging for 80. They retreat to avoid death, you drop the Metagross on them. My biggest problem with Kingdra is that a modern build will never do more than 80.

And, yeah. Blissey Prime. Definitely my pick. Playing those two together is fun, too.
