There is no synergy, and they don't help each other at all.

Actually, they do, to some extent.

I like this idea of using Kingdra to do a lot of damage while shutting down your opponent's Powers. From experience, I know that a power lock can be game-winning, so this actually works rather well.

However, once you get an Ampharos in play, your opponent can just Flash Bite or find some way to do damage to your Claydol, and you suddenly find yourself under a Power Lock...and in trouble. I like how you run SSUs, and I would max them to 4, since you can either:
1. SSU Claydol and play it down again to use Cosmic Power or
2. SSU Ampharos, thus freeing you from your own Power Lock.

I also think that a 3-1 Uxie line and a 1-1 Claydol line could help since there is the threat that you will not have access to your own powers.

Lastly, I think that a tech Crobat G could work well to shut off multiple Pokemon in one turn rather than waiting another turn to Dragon Pump each benched Pokemon.
