I plan on taking this to the last Gym Challenge in my area. COPY IT AND I SHALL DEVOUR YOUR SOUL!!! The only trouble I have with this deck at times is not getting any supporters. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Pokemon: 20
4x Horsea (Reverse Thrust)
4x Seadra (2 of each)
4x Kingdra (3 EX, 1 Aqua)
4x Dunsparce
2x Skitty
2x Delcatty

Trainers: 24
3x Professor Oak's Research (S)
3x TV Reporter (S)
3x Fast Ball
3x Professor Elm's Training Method (S)
3x Pokemon Reversal
2x Pokemon Nurse (S)
2x Copycat (S)
2x Switch
1x Fisherman (S)

Energy: 18
15x Water Energy
3x Boost Energy

Hm, the only problem is Elec decks screw this deck up quite easily, and grass pokemon devour it almost as quickly, get some blockers for those.

Considering that you're running Delcatty, finding room for 4 Oracles may be prudent. The easiest way I can think of to do that would be to drop the Pokémon Reversals and Copycats for a 4th POR and 4 Oracles.

Your Pokémon are very focused, but like Hedgefoxidna said, you don't have anything to defend you against Electric and Grass Pokémon. Meditite is often used to tech against Electric. You could also consider Solrock, possibly even in combination with Lunatone, to protect against Electric (and, if you include Lunatone, Grass), but I'm not sure they're worth it. The fact that I have not seen them in decks much tells me that they've been either overlooked or overshadowed. Considering that Solrock's damage attack takes 3 Energy, one of which must be a specific color, for 40 damage before Weakness/Resistance, I'd guess that it's just not considered to be effective enough. The drawing would be useful, but that's been overshadowed by Delcatty.

Your Energy look fine; I don't see any changes I'd want to make.

Hope I helped.

There are some easy fixes to make this deck run more smoothly.

First off run the Blaziken Draw Engine 4 Orace, 4 TV Reporter, 3 POR/Copycat. drop the 3 fast ball, a elms training method and a water to do this. Then drop the PETMs for Wallys Training, they are MUCH better in Kingdra. Then drop 3 water and 2 copycat for 2 Wobbs and 3 Multi/Psychic whichever you like.

That about does it, Good luck at your GC.
tA

I decided not to use Wally's Training because I really don't use it any other time besides turn 2, and then they all become useless. That's why PETM is able to get me to evolve my benches.

Now I am going to do some play testing with your guys' fixes.

Like tA said, I think you should add 2-3 Wobbs, they help ALOT, espicially against Scept/EX and Amph/EX which apperently is the decks you should be worries about (that is if anyone besides me still plays Amph EX...)

Ok, here is what I did:

Pokemon: 21
4x Horsea (Reverse Thrust)
4x Seadra (2 of each)
4x Kingdra (3 EX, 1 Aqua)
4x Dunsparce
2x Skitty
2x Delcatty
1x Wobbuffet

Trainers: 21
4x Oracle (S)
4x TV Reporter (S)
3x Professor Oak's Research (S)
3x Pokemon Reversal
2x Professor Elm's Training Method (S)
2x Pokemon Nurse (S)
2x Switch
1x Fisherman (S)

Energy: 19
13x Water Energy
3x Boost Energy
2x Rainbow Energy

Make the Rainbiows Multis. And uh, Drop an Oracle for the 4th Pokemon Reversal. Reversals need to be used in multiples of 4. Oracles in multiples of 3 or 4 work fine.

I decided I did not need Oracle. Once I get Delcatty out, it is basically used to get more cards in my hand for energy to get on to the Pokemon. This deck is already fast enough, so I don't think I need it. I won't be able to get 4 anyway by this Saturday, so meh.

So, here is the deck so far:

Pokemon: 21
4x Horsea (Reverse Thrust)
4x Seadra (2 of each)
4x Kingdra ex
4x Dunsparce
2x Skitty
2x Delcatty
1x Wobbuffet

Trainers: 22
4x Professor Oak's Research (S)
3x TV Reporter (S)
3x Professor Elm's Training Method (S)
3x Pokemon Reversal
2x Copycat (S)
2x Pokemon Nurse (S)
2x Switch
2x Fast Ball
1x Fisherman (S)

Energy: 17
12x Water Energy
3x Boost Energy
2x Multi Energy

Tell me what ya think.

That's really funny because I've already seen a deck just like this created in January or even before that...

Nawwww! His deck was created independant of yours.

Also, the guy has been playing it for at least 3 - 4 months. He's taken second in the PA State Challenge, along with coming in the top 4 (and possibly the top 2) in the PA Gym Challenge.

There was a second guy - whom he discussed it with when originally creating it. However, don't think it was you - (It was GodTrainer).

I would go with 4 oracles over the fastballs and reversals. I hate the randomness of Reversal. The oracles with Delcatty insure you get the 2 cards you need. Fastballs are good but what if you are looking for that KindraEX and hit a seadra 1st. Just a thought.
