Ok, so Salamance SF Dragon Rush applys to remaining HP, meaning its highest Hp possible at the time. Does this mean that it includes Expert belt and snowpoint temple? If so does this apply to regular damage , too?Thanks

Dragon Rush applies to Maximum HP, not remaining HP. Any card that increases or decreases Maximum HP (Metagross SV, Expert Belt, Snowpoint Temple, etc.) will affect the result of Dragon Rush as well. If I attach an Expert Belt to my 110 HP Beedrill, thus making it have a maximum 130 HP, that action will activate Dragon Rush. If my Expert Belted Beedrill only has 20 HP left, but still has a maximum 130 HP, Dragon Rush is still activated.
