Koga's Ninja Trick vs. Foul Play Via Mew EX

If I have a Koga's Ninja Trick attached to my active Koga's Ekans and my opponent uses Zoroark's Foul Play via Mew EX's Versatile Poke Body against me (Suppose Mew EX only has 20 HP left) and I activate Koga's Ninja Trick to send up a Rumble Gyarados, Is Mew EX forced to copy the Gyarados's only attack, or would it use the Koga's Ekans's attack? If it makes any difference, I used Garchomp Lv.x's Attack, Restore to put the Zoroark on my bench.

The attack that is copied is the one that is available at the start of the attack phase. That would be the K's Ekan's attack.
