Lake Boundry + Bubble Coat

Bubble coat, espeon, Azelf Lv.X, to name a few, all get ride of weakness.

So what event happens first when i play lake boundy? Buble coat gets rid of the wakness than it is times two, equaling 0 or 2?

Please answer. What event happens first? ( And what would happen the weakness)

It doesn't matter why they have no weakness.
