The Latis have never been Psychic before.
Latias usually uses [R][W], and Latios uses [G][L].
Latios usually has a higher HP than Latias, at the expense of 1 extra [C] in the Retreat Cost.
Latias always has a resistance to [F][P], while Latios is resistant to [F][G].
