I make avatars, and i am working on a small problem i have had for a while

1. i am using Coreal Painter Ess. 3 not photo shop
2. Look at my current avatar

Intentionally i was trying to layer the mew image over the flag, while mew stayed fine, but the flag showed where the white space was.

Can any one help me so that i can layer, but differently?

I've never use that, but you should be able to take the mew layer and put it on top. Or download GIMP. It's free and does a lot of the stuff photoshop does.

Download it from here (assuming you have windows). Then when you want to make layers select the object and click layers>new layer. To move layers click Dialogs>Layers, then you can move them.

Doing so, but i will post here if i need help.

Thanks so much!

EDIT; It says it does not work on my system, even though i am using Os X. :/

It looks like one of two things:

1. Mew is behind the flag.
2. The mew layer has a transparency.

If there's a way you can bring the layer with mew to the top, and make it 100% opaque, you should be okay.
