I was VERY surprised and happy this morning to find my league kits waiting for me. I think I had only just ordered them on Tuesday or something like that. Anywho, each kit comes with:

-16 Flygon Promo #25
- 8 Flygon Promo #25 WINNER stamped
-16 Rain Badge

and each order consists of:
-2 Promotional Inserts
-1 League Window Cling and Poster/Instruction set

I was surprised as well that I got mine today, I was like that was quick. Ordered it a couple of days ago and I liked the results. The posters are cool, and the Promos as well. Looks like Nintendo is making the Leagues better and better... especially the next Season.

Yeah, I checked it out and it is the 7-11 Promo. Never really noticed till you mentioned it, but hey its still cool.
