Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Legality Question.

I apologize for having to ask this, but having recently started playing Pokemon "officially", after not playing in years, I haven't been through this before.

As we all know, the Legends Awakened set is coming out this month, and from then onwards, only Diamond&Pearl upwards will be considered legal for Modified. Now, I know this is an extremely noobish question, but I want to ask it nontheless, to make sure I do things the right way.

With all the sets that are legal now becoming illegal, does this affect ALL non-reprinted-in-a-legal-set Trainer and Special Energy Cards?

Examples are:
-Celio's Network
-Professor Elm's Training Method
-Copycat
-Windstorm
-Fieldworker
-And all their ilk/related cards.

Once again, I apologize for asking what may be an obvious answer question, (And I think the answer is yes, myself.), but I have no past encounters to base it on.

If you could please give me an answer, it'd be much appreciated.

Thanks for your time.

No problem asking. That's why we're here.

That is correct. Unless they become reprinted in a D&P set, they won't be legal anymore.
