when you put a legend on the bench are they counted as one or two pokemon when counting for jumpluff mass attack?

Does legends take up one or two spaces on the bench?

are legends able to attack mewtwo lv x do to psybarrier?

The two halves of a Legend are put into play together as one Pokemon and they count as one card while in play. Psybarrier prevents attacks from a "Pokemon that isn't an Evolved Pokemon". Legends, are not Evolved, so their attacks are prevented. However, when in your deck the two halves are counted as separate cards - for example something that searches for Pokemon could only get one half.
