Lickilicky- Any Good?

I dont think its very good at all.

If boundless power text read as "lickilicky cannont use boundless power next turn" instead of simply "during your next turn, lickilicky can't attack" he'd be far more playable.

I think it's not GOOD like regionals good, but it may have potential...

The anwser to the question if it's good is NO.

It's a horrible card with horrible attack costs and retreat with a max of 80 damage. Also, when doing heavy damage, it can't attack for 1 turn, which essentially forces you to retreat it to attack consistantly.

Yes it is good. In competive play not so much but I have heard of someone getting in third place at cities with it. Other wise this is probaly one of the best cards in fun play.

The thing is to try to avoid using it's second attack as much as posible. Just use its first attack because that attack is close to broken.

its currently your best bet to get out of psychic lock.
it makes it possible to break the plox for one turn at least, so you can use your powers for just a bit.
bring up something that cant retreat right away; even better if you get heads, then you dont need to worry about them retreating.
and if they have gardevoir lv x on the bench to use teleportation you bring that up instead and hope and pray for the heads to paralyze them.
then, unless they have a switch/warp point, they cant use psychic lock next turn.

it also offers as a way to bench hit/drag off in any type of deck, seeing as how its colorless.

i think it could be a VERY nice tech card, but never in a deck of its own, unless it had a way of becoming stronger.
like playing it with weavile/darkrai lv x.
or maybe crobat to toxic what you bring up if they were to get paralyzed.

Well, it's mainly used for bringing out benched pokemon then beating the **** out of it with another pokemon like gallade or rampardos later on. Boundless power ain't boundless and should be avoided by all means.
