Lightning Deck - Searching for specific card

I have a lightning deck. I'm not restricted to any tournament only cards because only playing casually with friends. (we use it to settle arguments and other matters) Is there a pokemon power or body that allows you to move the energy card from one pokemon to another?

A lot of electric pokemon attacks or powers/abilities don't move energies the deal with discarding.
You may want to look into different types of Lanturn cards. I can't remember exactly but I think there may have been a Lanturn that moved energies, which kind I do not know though. Goodluck

So I looked at the Lanturn card. I'm not convinced it's worth it. In my deck, I have this nice Eelektrik/Pikachu combo. Eelektrik has this nice ability to draw a lightning energy from the card the discard. Pikachu has two attacks: recharge, flip coin if heads draw from deck lightning energy, attach to pikachu; and thunderbolt which does 100 damage and i discard all the energies attached to pikachu.

Sounds similar to the Rayquaza EX/Eels deck from last season. Since Eelektrik can only attach to benched Pokemon you can use two different Pikachu and alternate attacking each of them or find a way to get an extra movement to the bench for a single Pikachu. Lots of Switch/Escape Rope/Warp Point etc can be used or another popular option is Keldeo EX+ Float Stone. Keldeo's Ability Rush In lets it move to the active, then you Dynamotor to Pikachu and retreat Keldeo(for free via Float Stone) and attack.

If you're really set on finding ways to move Energy, Magnezone Lv X can move lightning and metal energy around. There is a Magnezone from Stormfront that can attach energy from the discard to your active at the cost of a damage counter.

I'm not too fond of using Magnezone Lv. X because of how you need to get Magnezone out first, and even before that Magneton and or Magnemite + Rare Candy. I'm thinking of using the Float Stone and other retreat options, and maybe even Sunyshore City Gym?
