Pokemon: 27
4 Magikarp SF
3 Gyarados SF
4 Sableye SF
2 Baltoy GE
2 Claydol GE
1 Uxie LA
1 Azelf
2 Floatzel GL
1 Floatzel GL Lv.X
2 Lunatone GE
1 Nidoqueen RR
1 Nidorina RR
3 Unown G

Trainers: 33
3 Roseanne's Research
3 Bebe's Search
3 Felicity's Drawing
4 Pokemon Rescue
3 Rare Candy
2 Broken Time-Space
3 Warp Point
3 Switch
3 Super Scoop Up
4 Pluspower
1 Luxury Ball

Strategy:
Dump your Magikarps as soon as possible, leaving only one to evolve into Gyarados. After you have three in your discard, get out Gyarados and smash face for 90 damage for no Energy! Sableye gets out the Magikarps with a Roseanne's Research Impersonation, and then next turn you discard them with Felicity's Drawing. Floatzel for recovery. Lunatone for more discard power. Nidoqueen tech makes Gyarados stay in play for a long time. Three Unown G are needed for the terror that is known as Gengar. Don't tell me to add Energy, because this deck is so awesome it doesn't need any!

I would add in 3-4 level max for floatzel and 3-4 broken time space because when you get the magikarp and garydos back into your hand with floatzel you can evolve them immediately.

I've seen the no energy thing done before and I don't think it's efficient at all unless you're running Garchomp Lv.X. Garchomp X allows you to discard ALL of your Magikarps, as well as a Gyarados, then put your Gyarados back on your bench using "Restore", which is an attack that requires no energies, thereby allowing you to hit for 120. Something also tells me that you should run Weavile SW and Moonlight in case you want to retreat, as well as another zero emissions attacker for back up.

Warp Point and Switch are fine enough. Level Max isn't needed.

Garchomp is too slow for this deck. I have tried it, and the fastest list I have accomplished is this one.
I have Switch and Warp Point already. Weavile Moonlight Stadium combo wouldn't work for me. Believe me, I have tried it out. No backup attackers will work for me, at least without compensating my speed.

-1 SSU
-2 sableye SF
+3 special for teh sabledonk

nice list since no one plays mr.mime anymore.
and yes garchomp would both slow down the deck by being a s2 Lv X and eating a rare candy

No, I need three SSU.
I also need to start with Sableye. Two Sableye would mean I couldn't get it out that much. The absolute minimum I can bare to play is three Sableye. As for Special Darks, donking the opponent really doesn't matter to me. I prefer long drawn out games, to be honest, and donking people is never fun for me.

Thanks for the comments, though!

just a question does the second floatzel make the lv x easier to get out or something? or is it so that the unleveled up one can fetch something in the worst case scenario if you can't get gyarados back in the turn after it gets ko'd?
just out of curiosity.

Yes, it is worlds easier getting out the Lv.X with two Floatzel. It also serves for the second purpose.

In this deck, because of the free retreat cost of Floatzel Lv.X, you can trade a switch into a warp point or something else (maybe another roseanne).

Lunatone is slow to discard i think. I still prefer a Registeel, even if you must discard exactly two cards (you can be helped by a lonely roseanne : take one magikarp and a registeel).

Interesting. I'll think about that.

I like Lunatone because it doesn't have an insane retreat cost. If anything, I would play the Regice. I'll think about it, though.

Dusknoir is more a threat than Mr Mime, your opponent have just to wait for your warp point so he have all the time to be prepaired and you too : 90 damages so the Dusknoir SF#1 with the Lv.X makes three powers or four powers, it can ko a floatzel GL (so for the Lv.X one crobat will be enough if four powers have been used), then you kill his Dusknoir Lv.X (or he will put damages on all the Pokémon in play) and Dusknoir SF#17 will finish all the work started, miam.

Because of the psy deck, Registeel with his Heal power & the psy resistance was chosen. Gyarados is certified Made in France, there is a reason to this.
As for Mightyena, you can save yourself with 3-4 energies.

The decklist are in english
If you want a translation of what did the two player think when making the deck, it will make me work during my job.

I saw the list - thanks.

Is it faster then Beedrill? I don't like Chansey/blissy - is it used for stall? He runs a lot of singletons too.
