RDL was more of a minor want. I don't think I'd be interested in trading a splashable card (shay) for a deck specific card (RDL).

I have an offer of my zoroark, their FA N and catcher, but that's still a price discrepancy of about 6 to 10 dollars.
I value catchers at 10, FA N at 5 to 8 and zekroms at around 10. Zoroark is worth at least 20, and I value it highly. If you can't beat the above offer, I'll have to decline.
