Hey. I've recently gotten back into the game, and I'm trying to teach a couple people how to play. It will be easier to do this if I can get the cards needed to make a few extra decks. So, I'm looking for the following cards in multiples:

Ok. So, let me re-iterate that I'm not a new player. I'm not going to be paying more than 2 dollars each for ANY Supporter, period. They are uncommons. Get real. Fact of the matter is, Pokemon Collector comes in a starter deck that has 2 copies for 8 bux. So, asking anything more than like... 1 - 2 bux for it is absolutely ridiculous. Also, I'm expecting better prices for bundles of cards. Buying everything at its separate price would be a waste of time. I would just go to eBay if I wanted to do that.

HOWEVER, I am interested in buying these cards still if given to me at a reasonable price. Let me go ahead and post some price areas that I am willing to pay for each of these cards so we don't waste anyone's time.

Some advice... look at the going rates for stuff like Collector, Poké Turn, Cyrus, Call Energy, BTS, etc.. Sellers generally sell for what people will pay. Generally, people are willing to pay a lot more than $2 for a Collector. I'd pay $3 each, and I'm a seller, so that says something.

I don't know where you can get that particular starter deck for $8... it's more online, plus shipping, and locally it's generally available at box stores such as Target, where it retails for well over $10. Poké Turns, seeing as many Tier-1 decks run four, are some of the most sought-after Trainer cards in the game right now. They sell for around $5.

Just pointing out that you're not going to have any luck with those prices. No offense, but if a seller can get more money for their stuff elsewhere, they will. Your offering prices on the T/S/S are just downright unrealistic.
 
Try going on ebay and purchasing them for the prices you're offering. In this case, the seller does know what they are talking about, and unless you run into a really generous seller, you may be paying a little more for the cards you are looking for than you would have wanted.

Once you can run this topic, if it is even needed anymore, without the fighting, it can be reopened.

If you don't like an offer, a simple 'no thanks' works well.

The people that have posted have posted their deals - you don't have to accept of fight over prices. If you don't like what is offered, go elsewhere for your deals.

Seems that is what you already did.
