@ ryanvergel: 2 Battle Frontier are in the list just to win the Windstorm war. You'll never put Cessation and Battle Frontier in play at the same time.

Alvar:no budew. You want to go to T1 riolu and T2 Lucario.

Ryan:Let's see..

1 Mentor is only for castaway, as crystal shard and other supporters are.
Anyway, I saw that warp point works well, but as Ryan said, you simply can't grab the only one in the deck, just draw it.That's too bad, yeah..

The 2 Gyms will never be in play with CC.Simply because when you'll have in play one, you won't need the other. They windstorm one, then you play the other.

For Rowan..I think is really good. The main point is this:if you wanna have a Machamp, you can still keep rare cany/celio/machamp and try to found the card you need to play it.This works. Not always, but it works.

Thanks for the replies guys :D
one last question for today: can Machamp from Hidden Legends be played? since it has the same attacks as that one of Power Keepers... I dont have the PK one yet but I do have the HL one XD

My vote for Front Page, and then Archtype. Well written 7/11 update.

I have played/built with a ultra fast version of Lucario/Gligar UF. (DX on)

I understand the rants and UF
List from memory

14 Pokes
4/4 Lucario
4 Gligar UF
1 Absol EX (Late Game)
1 Mew EX

20 Supporters
4T/2M/2A/1S Holon Engine
3/2 Wally/Celio
1 Brinney
3 Castaway
2 Mary

11 Trainer Techs
2 Charm
1 Cess Crystal
1 Energy Root
3 Warp Point (Key Card)
4 Plus Power

15 Energy (11 F / 4 Multi)

Does fantastic in the short game. Gligar Free Retreat gives turn 1 Railou lots of opportunity. Wally Turn 1 (going 2nd), gives no reason to Flip on Railo. Plus Power and Charms gives lot's of options.

If you start T1 with the 30 flip with Railow, 2 easy ways to get 2 50HP KO's T2.
1. Lucario, WarpPoint & Charm/Boost
2. Lucario, Absol EX & Charm/Boost

Again, it happens allot with this build, but I found that didn't win many games in the Mentor 1st Supporter Play Enviroment. Final Grade of my Deck was B- (Good but late game flaw) Lower than Mario B+ to A-

Why not use 4 CC and 1 BF? You only have 1 scott, so it's not like gyms are any easier to get than CCs.

I just don't see the purpose in BF over CCs... They barely shut ANYTHING down, and why even run 2? Why not 4/1? Cessations should be your priority.

Yeah, I can see you fetching the 1 mentor with castaway or scott, but then why bother with great ball?
I still dislike the low draw in the deck. Even with 3 castaway you're only playing 4 draw.

This deck faired well at nats. I like it, to an extent. I love how everyone knew what you were going to use and you still made the top 16 at the largest Pokemon tournament in US history (btw, I sat across from you to your left in the top 32).

@ ryanvergel: CC shuts Lucario LV.X, while BF doesn't. I know it's now the focus of the deck, but that power can win games. You can safely play BF, Lucario LV.X, they Windstorm it, now you can play the CC for the lock.

Indeed.

The BF's shut down pokemon when you need Lucario's power or Machamp's Body.

Like:
Delcatty
Delcatty ex
Nidoqueen δ DF
Blastoise δ CG (ehh, not many people play him)
Flygon δ HP
Metagross ex
Mightyena ex

Ehh, thats about the only good pokemon that BF shuts down.

But, what other stadium should we put in? Holon Legacy? Crystal Beach?

Actually, Holon Legacy might be better.

The only δ pokemon weak to fighting that people play are:
Lickitongue(sp?) δ
Electabuzz δ (if they play electavire)
Raichu δ (which does nothing really to you)

Another thing I realized, is that BF should be played in an Infernape/Delcatty rich environment.

If most people are using δ powers, switch to Holon Legacy.

So, really, the Stadium should be dependant on your Metagame.

Thanks, everyone, for the input on the HP-on Trainer line. Currently, I'm keeping the CC/BF combination for the reasons already stated.

Night Maintenance will not usually need searching. Its main value is to avoid decking, and so you will draw it when you need it (unless prized). If you need it for retrieval, that will be trickier.

Warp Point is definitely arbitrary, even random. I'd certainly prefer SSU, but I would hate to flip for the scoop instead of assuredly switch. Bear in mind, if Briney is reprinted, it's an auto-install to the list for me.

The main advantage of BF IMO is that you can attack with Machamp PK, that is really helpful vs ex decks. With CC, you won't be able to use the body.

Also, something like warp point shuts off your CC, but not the BF.
So, 3-2 for me is good, you simply play what you need

@ ryanvergel: CC shuts Lucario LV.X, while BF doesn't. I know it's now the focus of the deck, but that power can win games. You can safely play BF, Lucario LV.X, they Windstorm it, now you can play the CC for the lock.

Solution = Dont play Cessation if you are planning on stancing. Ta Da!

Or Level up Lucario, THEN play CC. ^^

Also, has anyone mentioned Pokedex Handy 909 yet?

(Stop laughing. </3)

Seriously though, PDH909 works for rushish decks like this.

I haven't tried the deck or anything. Just making a random suggestion which has a remote possibility of working.

^I'd say that's a waste of a card slot IMO.

I'll give my HP-on list.

Pokemon:15
3 Riolu
2 Lucario
4 Machop
2 Machoke
2 Machamp DP
2 Machamp PK

NRG: 14
11 Fighting
2 DRE
1 Scramble

Trainers: 31
2 Great Ball
1 Holon Mentor
4 Celio's Network
3 Steven's Advice
2 Copycat
4 Rare Candy
2 Castaway
4 Cessation Crystal
2 Battle Frontier
4 Plus Power
1 Strength Charm
1 Crystal Shard
1 Switch

For the 3-2 Riolu-Lucario, I only have 2 Lucario, so that's how many I use. Once I get enough, I'll probably take out a Great Ball, and something else to bring the Riolu-Lucario up to 4-3-1(LvX).

It seemed like I always needed a quick boost for a Dynamic Punch or Cross Chop, so I took out a fighting and put in the Scramble. I have 2 Castaway, so finding Fighting isn't hard.

4 Cessation and 2 BF because I can, and for more shut down(CC might drop to 3 to get room for the LvX Lucario)

3 Steven's and 2 Copycat because Copycat is better than Rowan IMO and I like the Straight draw of Steven's.

4 Celio's and 4 Candy for consistancy purposes.

Any thoughts?
