Lucario/Ray ex d

First of all, I haven't played at all since SW was released, so my only way of knowing what the metagame is right now is by reading stuff on here. Basically what i've gathered is Blissey, Absol, Honchcrow, and Empoleon are popular. It's extremely convenient that those 4 pokemon are all weak to either Lucario or Rayquaza ex d. Lucario and Ray both have the sniping, low energy fast attacking synergy too.

4 Roseanne's Research-Can get ray and keeps the energy needs straight
4 Dual Ball-nobody likes getting benched
4 Bebe's Search-Grabs any Pokemon in the deck (I think, can this get lvl. X?)
4 Castaway-Gotta be able to get a fast cessation
4 Cessation Crystal
1 Strength Charm-Vital IMO
1 Night Maintenance-I don't know if this is needed
1 Scott-There are two different stadiums for different matchups
2 Lake Barrier
2 Battle Frontier
4 TVR or Steven's??-Draw's always important

Energy-17
4 Multi
6 Fighting
5 Lightning

Snipe for little energy. I was wondering if there are any other basic/stage 1s that could help against gallade/gardy. I was thinking maybe Jirachi ex, but I'm not sure.

since 17 is a bit much abnd u have castaway/roseanees/other draw cards to get nrg

now that gives u 33 trainers:
4 Roseanne's Research-gets basics and nrg
4 Dual Ball-gets basic into hand so u can drop onto bench for later
3 Bebe's Search-gets any poke
3 Castaway-gets nrg supporter and tool
2 Cessation Crystal-shuts powers down, but not too many things run powers, so this is 2
1 Strength Charm-can kill
1 Night Maintenance-recycles fallen pokes/energy
1 Scott-gets staiums/suporters
2 Lake Boundary-can kill bt weaknsess
2 Crystal Beach-disrupts ppl that run scramble/DRE/boost
4 Prof Oak Visit-good draw
1 copycat/rowan-helps refresh hand
