I'm not quite experienced playing LudiCargo, so any suggestions would help.

Change Slugma to UF one. I've played ludi for about 2 years so trust me.
 
Hmm. I'm not actually sure about taking out the Grumpig-line. I think it works well with the essence of LudiCargo; taking adventage of a full bench.
 
arbok > grumpig definitely

it helps against more than just metanite. burn/psn for 1 energy? can't beat it.

you absolutely need a holon line in this deck. you need to hit the mentors as early as you can to get set up if you don't have a plusle start.

you also need to find room for at least 2 windstorm. cessation crystal shuts you down completely.

also, i see you want to use plusle with the multis. cut down the multis to 2. you can always pull them out using ludicargo if you really need them late game, but other than for plusle, i don't really see a use for them. use 4 DRE and at least 3 scramble. also, run at least 1 holon magneton/electrode. bouncing back a DRE for an extra 10 damage is a huge surprise for your opponent. i run 2 in mine.
 
I prefer Tauros over Plusle, mainly because of the Poke-Power. Also, I prefer Arbok over Grumpig. Try to get 3 Windstorm in the deck, maybe by geting rid of 1 Mr Briney's Compassion, 1 Warp Point and 1 Strength Charm. If you keep Plusle, take out 2 Multi and add 1 more DRE and 1 more Water. If you drop Plusle in favour of Tauros, take the final 2 Multi for 2 Psychic (if you keep Grumpig) or 2 Fire (if you go with Arbok).
