Let me get this straight. In Zektrik, you will bench Lugia EX, attach a DCE, and attach a Lightning energy to Lugia through Dynamotor, and get a free 200. Broken.
 
@ pmysterious im gonna change the wording soon. And with the psychic x2 mewtwo ex will one shot it

1) Change HP to 160 HP
2) Use 2 RC
3) The ability might wants u to discard a copy of Lugia EX to activate the body. xD

Only problem is that he'll need a total of 5 Energy on him to KO you, since your Lugia will rarely have any Energy on it.
Then you revenge kill their Mewtwo EX with yours + DCE or just use another Lugia.
Yes, he has a weakness to Mewtwo, but that doesn't stop him, because you'll just get another one, KO Mewtwo and continue to wreck everything.
 
I think the ability would be better if it synergized with Ho-Oh EX. Like, say, "As long as Lugia EX is your active Pokémon, you may move as many energy from your benched Pokémon as you like to Lugia EX, but only 1 of every type of energy per turn" or something of the like. Also, Colorless Lugia usually has a resistance to fighting or no resistance at all.
