Lugia FA Misprint or not?

I ordered a couple FA Lugia on ebay the other day and finally recieved them! When I was inspecting each of them I saw this "spot" on one of the cards. I wasnt sure if this was card wear or not but when I caught it at the right angle of light you can see that it has no raised holographic there. In fact, it looks similar to a regular holographic. Is this a rare misprint or a damaged card?

has anyone seen this on other FA cards?

My friend, I think that might be a fake. Does it feel like a Full Art card? If it does, then it might be a misprint. Otherwise, its fake.
 
Just compared it to other FA cards I have, it feels similar. Same thickness and everything.

I will look more into the card to see if I can spot anything that would confirm that its a fake.
 
it not a fake card i can tell from the pic but it was a printing mistake but it will not increase the value of ur card

LUGIA HAS BEEN SHOT IN THE NECK!!!! :lol:

Wonder if it's more or less valuable.
