since Heatmore's luring flame specifies the new active pokemon being burned you opponant woudl have to have a second pokemon out to switch right? for example: my opponent starts a deoxys ex and i start heatmore. if his deoxys is his only pokemon on the feild then luring flame would have no effect correct?
