    2x Castaway (CG)
    2x Scott (EM/PK)
    2x Crystal Shard (SK/DX/CG)
    2x TV Reporter (DR/P2/DF)
    2x Prof. Cozmo's Discovery (DX/TK2/HP)
    2x Mr. Stone's Project (EM/HP/DF)
    2x Bebe's Search (MT)
    4x Warp Point (GC/EX/TATM/UF/CG/DP)
    2x Super Scoop Up (NG/EX/FG/DS/DP)

    Energy: 18
    7x Grass
    7x Electric
    4x Psychic

    Basic Strategy:

    Use Carnivine's "Swallow Up" to pick off easy targets, abusing Warp Point and Luxio's free retreat. Use Mew ex to take out larger targets. Unown E can be used in the event of "off by 10" scenarios.

    Admitedly, this deck is not as good as it was with Energy Root and Low Pressure system. However, you can certainly have a lot of fun with this deck, disrupting your opponent at every turn.

    I think that if you want any chance of this being an effective strategy, you will need way more luxray.

    From my experience, Luxray is almost never used. It's far more effective to use the other Pokemon to do that kind of work.
