What would the value be on this card?

a couple dollars maybe to about 10 dollars.

Some areas got none and some got more than enough that they just gave them away. I'd say the cards aren't worth much really unless you don't have the internet. I saw a staff one on ebay 2 days before pre-releases.

I don't think any areas got none.
There are two possibilities for those areas: The PTO didn't realize they were there and either gave them out as regular promos or still has them or, and I hope it's not this one, that's how they are on sale before the event. Really disappointed someone sold one before the event.

Well, the first one sold for 20.50 plus shipping. The second is already at 8.00+.

Well, the first one doesn't surprise me, but once they all make their way towards eBay they'll drop to $10>.
