Basically you want a rlly fast Luxray. your ideal starter is Shinx since you can use either Recharge, Call Energy, or TM-TS1. all of which are good 1st turn attacks. Against AMU you just push through with Plasma. You one-shot them as long as they dont have snowpoint temple, and when they do you counter-gym them with Speed Stadium. You 1-shot Bellossom/Kingdra/Empoleon with Luxray's second attack, and 2-shot Torterra. You need the 4 call/1 Recover which will be switched out for Cyclone Energy next set. Reason is that you do not want to end up discarding 3 energy for Luxray's Attack. Pickups help to do consecutive 100s. Unknown Q is for against Palkia, where you need to make Claydol have 1 retreat or they can stall you with it active.
