i really like this deck i play something simmilar but here is my sugestions
-1-1 ninetails its use less and frees up space
- 1 luxray cause the deck is bout the infernape so u dont want to start with it
- 2 bebes search cause the only thing u can get with them r the xs anyways and u have sp radars cause the roses gets all ur other stuff
- 3 hq only 2 stadiums cause u got the lucario and its a lake boundry that is a pokemon
- 1 arons u got nm for those and arrons is a suporter
-4 call
-1 ele

so lets see u now freed up 14 spaces if my math is right so here r mu sugestions

No need to be rude when you pretty much butchered the deck yourself.

1. The Ninetales stops this deck losing to a single Mewtwo LV X. Also anti-Flygon tech.
2. 1 Luxray? No. How are you going to Poke Turn + Bright Look without a benched Luxray ready?
3. Bebe's is needed to fetch Claydol.
4. Only running 2 Stadiums isn't enough for the Toxitank tech (you even put more Toxi in!). Why Lake Boundary? He has Lucario. The extra damage from GHQ puts 130 HP Pokemon within OHKO range for Infernape + Crobat, so it is needed.
5. Call is BCIF (unless you enjoy being donked) and sets this deck up fast.

Your fixes aren't any more help than the comment about Skuntank, so I dunno what right you have to call anyone 'noob'.

Oh and I play 3 energy gain in my palkia list and it runs great. Although thisdeck does abuse it more

You need to find a way to get a premier ball or two in there as one of those x's is going to get knocked out. Maybe -1 Bebe +1 Premier Ball.
