lvl x search question

i have a deck that is using a floatzel lvl x. i was wondering if i could you bebe search, pokemon collector. professor elms training method or pokemon communication to search for it in my deck or if any of those cards would work for that purpose

Pokemon collector = search for 'basics'. A level X card isn't a basic.
PETM = search for 'evolutions'. A level X card isn't an evolution.

A Lv. X card fits the categories of "Pokemon card" and "Lv. X card." It does NOT fit into the category "Basic Pokemon card" or "Evolved Pokemon card" when referring to the card itself.

However, once a Pokemon has Levelled-Up, it is the same Stage as its previous Level.

the only things that can search for lvl.x is bebe and communication and a card that search for a sp lv.l x is sp radar
