So i know that unownG prevent effects for the Pokémon it is attached to.
My question is about a specific situation:
if unownG is attached to my opponen'ts non evolved defending Pokémon, it prevents the take out effect so that is is not knocked out.
But does it still do the 40 base damage?
because i was told in a tournament that it was KO OR 40 so if unownG prevent take out, it won't do any damage at all.
I personally thought that it would have still done 40 but the head judge said the contrary.
So what is correct???
