This is the haymaker I came up with, and I'd like some help with it. One of my main problems is drawing the energy that I need, and I had another problem with decking myself. I would like to keep Magmar in, but I'm willing to take it out if it's necessary. Here it is:

Pokemon: (13)
4x Magmar (fossil)
4x Hitmonchan (base)
3x Cleffa (neo1)
2x Tyrogue (neo 2)

Energy: (19)
10x :fire:
9x :fighting:

Trainers: (28)
4x Computer Search
4x Gust of Wind
3x Super Energy Removal
3x Professor Oak
3x Gold Berry
2x Copy Cat
4x Bill
3x Switch
2x Item Finder

ugh, I would have picked a different screen name.

Anyway, about the deck, haymaker died out a long time ago when sneasel slowking came out. I would suggest finding room for pichu and replacing the hitmonchan with rocket's zapdos. Up the cleffa count to four and dump the bills for 4 lass. Drop the switches for two item finder and a few of the energies for 4 recycle energy.

Unfortunately, this deck is doomed to failure against pretty much everything that has been released since Nintendo took over. Against Pokemon with 150/160 HP, doing a maximum of 40 a turn is not going to cut it. And since water and psychic are as big as ever, you are going to be taken down by the Kirlias and Marshtomps of today's decks.

I would add some mr mime jungle, maybe take out a magmar and a hitmonchan and switch a fire and a stone energy into 2 multis or so. It will help you against those big fat ex-pokémon who can't go under 30.

Why? I didn't think many people played those in unlimited.
