Pokemon = 16

4 Riolu
3/1 Lucario/ Lvl X
4 Magmar SW
3/1 Magmortar SW/ Lvl X or MT (depending on preferance)

Trainers = 28

2 Prof Rowan (anti-DWD)
4 Celio's
2 Copycat
1 Castaway
4 Cessation Crystal
3 Plus Power
1 Warp Point
1 Night Maintenance
3 Great Ball
2 Master Ball or Dusk Ball (depending on preferance)
1 Battle Frontier
2 Lake Boundry
2 Crystal Beach

Energy = 16

4 Multi
1 DRE
1 Scramble
5 Fire
5 Fighting

Nothing complex strategy wise, just get out a quick Lucario or Magmortar to spread some damage. With the high stadium/Cessation count, you can mess up just about every deck consistantly.

i would add like 2-3 rosseanes research to get basics and energy. and maybe some more castaway/tools.
after 8-10
before 6-10

With the Great Balls, I can get basics with out wasting a supporter, and all of my attacks only require a few energy, so I don't feel I need Roseanne's. Another Castaway would be good, but what tools should I add and what should I take out?

Battle Frontier isn't needed. You have 4 Cessation Crystals. I'd go with Maggy X if only for the auto burn and higher HP.
Get rid of Master/Dusk Balls. They aren't necessary.
And 4 in total of Copycat and Rowan with no straight draw isn't good.
so,
-1 Battle Frontier
-2 Master/Dusk Ball
-2 Copycat/Rowan
-1 Great Ball

+ 2 Rosanne's Research--> because of your various types of energy, and it's overall a good card.
+1 Castaway--> You have 4 tools and multiple energy types, so Castaway just fits.
+2 Professor Oak's Visit--> Straight draw is cool too. This is better than TVR for this deck I think.
+1 Scott--> You still have 4 stadiums if the BF comes out. This will help you with that.

Hope I helped :)
