4-3-1 Magmortar / Lv . X
2-2 Claydol
1-1 Azelf /lv. X
2-1 Heatran /Lv. X
1 Chatot
2 Unown G
1 Rayquaza
Trainers:
1 Luxury Ball
2 Premier Balls
4 Poke Dex 910
4 Switch
2 Night Maintenence
2 Stark Mountain
4 Roseannes Research
4 Bebes Search
2 Professor Oaks Visit
1 Felicitys Drawing
1 Cynthias Feelings
2 Multi Energy
10 Fire Energy
This is the deck I have been tweaking a bit lately. Main attacker is obviously Magmortar and to use Heatrans poke body and power to bring energy back, as well as keep constant tails for the flip out of the burn. Azelf was in there to see if Magmortar X or Heatran X was prized. I also had 2 multi energy's that work with claydol if he needs to attack , or Magmortar, or even Azelf, so I made a spot for Azelf Lv. X. This has worked so far since Magmortar does 20 damage to two benched pokemon.
The pokedex work better for me than the pokedrawers as it was such a rarity for me to end up with two of them in my hand. I found myself hanging onto one of them where I could be using the extra spot to get an additional card each round with claydol.
The Unown G's are there to protect Claydol from snipe attacks that use damage counters
My problems with the deck. I do not like to flip, and it seems as though flipping with Rayquaza very rarely works for me. However it is nice when it occasionally does work.
Any suggestions to make the deck faster or more consistent?
Thanks,
Corey
