Stratergy
Setup with cleffa prefferably, if u get another starter try to setup as best as you can/work with resources you have.
Primilary setup is generally emboar allowing me to attach energies to pokemon for high damage output e.g. RDL, Magenzone, emboar (non ability) and Reshiram. Magnezone's poke'power is there to mass draw to find the cards i need

Details on choices

Sage's training - Look at top 5 cards, choose 2 discard the rest. its good for finding the missing pieces that you need for the current situation.

Judge - Magnezone is known as one of the best combinations with judge, allowing hand disruption and giving myself 4 new cards. Magnezone's magnetic draw also helps when faced by opposing judge's giving me constant resources

Tyrogue - Quick k.o on babys whilst being one itself

'Badboar' - 150 hp & deals a ton of damage. mainly a counter to donchamp

RDL - Takes 2 prize cards each time it k.o's, can turn the game around very quickly with high damage output.

1 Reshiram - basic with 130 hp that can be searched out with ease and high damage output with emboar. I like using the 1 due to high hp count able to soak up damage



Changes/ideas im considering/need advice on

4 junk arm. is 3 enough?

Juniper - is it worth running in this deck due to magnezone? discarding perhaps useful cards?

1 Resh - what do people think/experience with magneboar using resh

DCE - unsure on this card alot lately, dunno whether to include it

1-1 Zoroark - quick answer to alot of pokemon with foul play.

1 flowershop lady - not sure on this.

2-2 RDL - should i use 2-2 or stick to 1-1 or 0-0?

Pokemon reversal -should it be used? or just 1hitko as much as possible?

If u have another rdl add it 2-2 is so dirty and takes apart donchamp, also if u run FSL than drop judge and Max sages
Also reshiram is pointless, I've tried it several times and it does not work, early game maybe but I've seem turn 2-3 you have a fully set up magnezone and emboar

This IMO is the best run for a magneboar deck, the bad boar and 2-2 RDL destroys Donphan, the sages mill the deck and FSL is the only recovery for sages.

Another thing that I saw helped was
-1 cleffa
+1 junk arm
The cleffa are so dead in mid-late game after turn 5 their worthless and the junk arms are

i i'll test ure changes and see how it goes. though currently i like judge in this deck.

what are thoughts on fisherman though?

tested ure advice and seems to be working very well. not sure on flowershop lady though. 2-2 RDL is disgusting and i have to agree to keep it in now.

badboar -is he needed in this list now that RDL is 2-2?

Bad boar is a great donphan counter, I've seen most don____ run plus power to OHKO all electrics, bad boar allows you to OHKO a donphan without any major risk.... Consistency, a 2-1-2 line of ability has hit major problems of one basic is prized and the other has been reversal KOed.

FSL is a necessary recover card if you run sages training since you will occasionally have 4 great cards and are stuck throwing away 2 with no way of recovering them..... it also allows for a killer recovery, magnamite benched and current magnezone is KOed well instead u ise FSL to recover the line and some needed energy, than you junk arm a candy or play one and boom magnezone is back and crushing.

Judge is a great disruption card but speed is everything, I only run judge when I run reversal. It's cool and al but running sages is the fastest play possible and mixing the two hasn't panned out for me ever

The lost is damn near the same as what I run, the only difference is I don't have a second set of rdl so I run
3 sages
2 judge
2 reversals
1-1 rdl

Great deck and honestly the hardest matchups ive had with this deck list have been lostgar and zps

i wont be going nationals since i'm from u.k and ours just passed.

i dont have majority of these cards, due to starting up again in the meta but i want to have a decklist planned before i start trading/buying the cards since dont want to waste money.

been testing using redshark for consistancy and how it fairs up against donchamp, mirror and zekrom. so far its been working extremely well. zekrom caused problems due to its donking capabilitys though this deck has alot more recovery
 
If you drop bad boar add another ability boar to increase
Consistency, judge has been a dead draw for me the majority of the time

judge is proving to be very dead for me aswell. I find junk arm insanely good atm due to combinations with sage training and re using stuff in discard pile e.g. candy and communication etc and glad i took your advice there

though i am thinking should i go ott and use 4 magnezone primes? =p
 
4 magnezone primes is overkill, the best lines for this deck are 3-1-3 in both magnezone and boar, a 4th magnezone takes up extra deck space and honestly u don't need it if u have rdl..... Nordl than yea 4 magnezones and a bad boar but with a 2-2 rdl all you truly need is 3-1-3 magnezone and 3-1-3 emboar (either 3 ability or a 2-1 split)
