Hey guys, I've been playtesting with this deck. I'm actually getting a bit discouraged since I'm having bad results with it! :( Here's my list.

Pokemon: 19
3-1-3 Magnezone Prime (7)
2-1-2 Emboar (5)
2-2 Yanmega Prime (4)
1 Tyrogue (1)
2 Cleffa (2)

T/S/S: 25
Supporter: 9
3 Pokemon Collector
3 Judge
3 Copycat

Trainer: 16
4 Rare Candy
4 Pokemon Communication
3 Junk Arm
3 Dual Ball
2 Switch

Energy: 16
9 Fire Energy
5 Lightning Energy
2 Rescue Energy

Strategy: Pretty much the same strategy as the other MagneBoar Variants. The Yanmega tech allows more freedom with my energy cards, and also creates early game pressure by sniping their bench or dealing early 70 damage on their active.

Honestly just drop the line, the deck is clunky enough, I tryed running 2-2 lanturn prime and gave up and went for pure consistency

Thanks for your honest comment, I was actually thinking of the same thing. Another idea that crossed my mind was running Pachirisu instead of Emboar. Anyways, if I do decide to run straight MagneBoar this will be my initial list:

Pokemon: 17
3-1-3 Magnezone Prime (7)
2-1-2 Emboar (5)
1 Tyrogue
2 Cleffa (2)
1-1 Rayquaza & Deoxys Legend (2)

T/S/S: 24
Supporter: 8
4 Pokemon Collector
4 Sages Training

Trainer: 16
4 Rare Candy
4 Pokemon Communication
4 Junk Arm
2 Switch
2 Energy Retrieval

Energy: 16
9 Fire Energy
5 Lightning Energy
2 Rescue Energy

Total: 57

Regarding your thoughts on running a Pachirisu/Magnezone build... I tried it and think it has the potential to be fairly good. It was awhile ago, though, before BW. Try it out and let us know what you think!

With your 3 extra spots add a third cleffa and 2 reversials, their so sick in mirror matches and against any other stage 2 deck
Also how's running the sages training engine going for you???

@Politoed - The Pachirisu build is soooo much faster and more consistent than MagneBoar. Basically Magnezone w/ Yanmega & Pachirisu, easily disrupt the benched Tepig early game which pretty much makes MagneBoar even slower. I might go for the Pachirisu, but I'm only playing with proxies at the moment.

@trosegray001 - I'm loving sages training! It's ridiculously more consistent than I thought it would be! It pretty much increases the potency of Junk Arms AND nets you 2 cards that you may need. Just amazing. Although running 4 may hurt the deck late game, I think I'll run 3 Sages + 3 Hand Refresh (most likely judges).

easy fix to list, drop the 2-2 Yanmega to a 2-2 RDL and put in Sage's training for the 3 copycat and 1 Judge. Also the sage's late game is great b/c you almost always have 5 cards left on the last turn of the game and then Sage's just gets you what you need and you win
