Hello everybody, here's a Magnezone/Electivire list I just made after recently getting the stuff to make it. I'm very new to the deck so any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Pokemon: 24
3 Magnemite DP
2 Magneton DP
3 Magnezone DP
1 Magnezone LV.X LA
2 Electabuzz SW
2 Electivire SW
1 Electivire LV.X MT
2 Baltoy GE
2 Claydol GE
3 Pachirisu GE
1 Palkia DP
1 Palkia LV.X GE
1 Azelf LA

Trainer: 21
4 Bebe's Search
3 Roseanne's Research
3 Felicity's Drawing
3 Rare Candy
2 Poke Radar
2 Premier Ball
2 Night Maintenance
2 Warp Point

Energy: 15
5 Metal Energy
4 Lightning Energy
4 Special Metal Energy
2 Multi Energy

Strategy: Get ZoneX out to move energies and cyber shock, power up with Vire. Palkia's for bringing up benched pokes.

you need 2 registeels to recycle special metal energy and to discard lightning energy
i would run 4 call energy and lose the pachirisus, you don't have extra bench room for pachirisu
i don't think you need roseanne's research either if you run call energy. max out the number of pokeradars instead.
why do you need warp point if you are running palkia lvl x?

Trust me, I ran a deck almost exactly like this at BR's and warp point is absolutely needed mainly bexause you don't want to use up a retreat in order to get palkia lv. x out. If you do retreat first, you'll be stuck with whatever they send out.

-1 Magneton You don't need that many magneton with 3 magnezone in the deck.
-1 Metal
-1 Lightning
-1 Oak's Visit

+2 Multi Energy
+2 Team Galactic's Wager

Multi allows for adaptability in such situations as might require it. It was invaluable to me at BR's.
TGW gives you the ability to screw with your opponent. Other than Palkia, you don't have that in this deck.

Revdjweb: I need pachi to stall with until I get a Zone going otherwise faster decks like Kingdra will just steamroll over my good pokes and I need roseanne's to keep getting metal for cyber shock.

Zephyr: I don't like the idea of having only 1 of the stage 1 of my main attacker. I also don't get the multi energy since it only helps claydol. I may try wager though.

mila: I agree.

I've always run a 3-1-3-1 magnezone line and I never had trouble getting them out. The multi helps in case you're running low on metal energy and need to cyber shock in order to stay alive. It also gives you a lightning if for some reason Electivire is disabled and unable to help you (prized, KOed, power locked, whatever it might be). It allows Palkia to take out stadiums if necessary (though you run Electivire lv. x, so that shouldn't be needed). It also allows Azelf to attack. This can be surprisingly useful. I was playing a magmalutions deck and palkia'd up his umbreon. He had five cards left in his deck. I proceeded to move a multi to Azelf and lock him up till he decked out. I would only ever use multi on claydol if I'm screwing around. >_>

Just saying, it makes the deck more versatile, and versatility is going to be absolutely key in this format.

You make a good point about the multi, I wasn't thinking about power lock. I'll put them in, thanks. For ZoneX's cyber shock, would I only have to discard the multi?
