Q: Does a Rainbow Energy count for both the :lightning: and :metal: requirements of Cyber Shock,
or do you still have to discard 2 Energy and the Rainbow covers 1 of the costs?

Rainbow provides all colors, but only one unit of energy. If you have to discard two units, Rainbow can only fill one of those requirements.
