My active uxie uses psychic restore and I decide to return uxie and all cards attached to it to my deck. I then have to put my benched Mamoswine GL as my new acctive. Does mamoswine GL'S POKEBODY activate before my opponent draws their card to start their turn? Do I place one damage counter on their non-water type active pokemon before they start their turn since mamoswine is active after I attacked with uxie?

Mamoswine becomes active while it is still your turn, so the damage counter is placed on non-water types.
